The Team At

VAYNERSPEAKERS

In case you missed it: The VaynerSpeakers team did something really awesome last week. We made a "How to Work with VaynerSpeakers" team video.

When our Director of Marketing, Contessa Boorman, came to me with the idea of shooting a one-take—yes, one take—video featuring the entire team, I was slightly apprehensive. One take??? I didn't think it could be done. (Read: I didn’t want to be the one to ruin it!)

The best part is less about the final product and the reaction, but more about how the entire team came together to create something special. We did a table read, dry runs, and then just went for it. The whole experience was so much fun. And even better, the video came out amazing.

The only scary thing? Now we'll probably keep doing more since we know we can pull it off... watch out!

NYSE x VaynerSpeakers:

Voices of the Now and Next

A few months back, we started talking with the New York Stock Exchange about a collaboration that felt right for both of us—bringing together their platform with incredible voices from the world of business and culture.

Where we started: The idea was simple. Create a series that features real conversations with people who are actually building things, not just talking about them. We wanted it to feel authentic to what the NYSE represents while bringing fresh perspectives to their platform.

Where we are: The partnership is officially live. "Voices of the Now and Next" is rolling out, and we're facilitating conversations with entrepreneurs, founders, and thought leaders who are shaping the future of business and culture. It's been cool to see these conversations come to life on such a meaningful stage.

Where we're headed: This is just the start. We're planning more conversations and more voices as the series continues. Excited to share more as we go.

A Great Conversation with

Ty Haney

The first interview for the “Voices of the Now & Next” series featured Ty Haney, founder of Outdoor Voices. It was one of those conversations that reminded me why I love what we do.

Ty's been transparent about her journey—the wins, the challenges, the pivots. We talked about resilience, building in the public eye, and what it takes to evolve as a founder when things don't go exactly as planned. She didn't hold back, and that honesty made for a really compelling conversation.

It's one of several interviews we've been doing as part of this series, and I'm looking forward to sharing more of them with you. There are some really great voices coming up that I think you'll appreciate.

Celebrating Two Major

Book Launches

October was a big month for a couple of our speakers.

Claude Silver released her first book, Be Yourself at Work. If you know Claude, you know she's been championing empathy and human-centered leadership for years as VaynerX’s Chief Heart Officer. Getting to see her vulnerability and insights in book form has been great—it's a must-read if you're thinking about what leadership really means today, or want to help your employees grow within your organization.

The newest installment of the Stoic Virtue series, Wisdom Takes Work, has officially arrived—a culmination of the journey Ryan Holiday started in 2021 and a strong addition to an already impressive library of bestsellers. Ryan's been consistently delivering work that cuts through the noise, and this one's no different. If you've followed his writing on stoicism and personal growth, you know this is one to pick up.

Both books launched in October, and both are worth the read.

More updates coming soon. - Zach
